Chris Wilhelmi is one of our civil litigators, which means he assists individuals or businesses in court proceedings to resolve disputes over employment, business interests, commercial transactions, money, property, or contracts.  Depending on the nature of the facts, issues, and parties involved, some matters result in very quick resolution, while other matters go to trial – often times before a jury. 

Our firm has handled cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, employment law (e.g. discrimination, harassment, and retaliation), insurance law, civil theft, civil conspiracy, construction defect, negligence, professional negligence, conversion, wage claims (e.g. overtime and missed breaks), intentional infliction of emotional distress, Colorado Consumer Rights Act violations, and probate, as well as provable and damaging fraudulent statements and misrepresentation; amongst others. Generally speaking, the firm does not pursue temporary or permanent restraining orders, or emergency order, except in family law related matters.
